Grooming & Boarding Policies
Boarding

Zero tolerance for aggression: all dogs must be social, well behaved, non-destructive and housebroken.

Daycare is required for all new clients prior to booking any overnight or extended stays.

Cancellations made less then 7 days in advance will be charged 50% of total stay.

Emergency contacts must be provided.

All drop offs & pick ups have appointment times. Please inform us if things have changed.

If another dog is arriving or departing when you arrive, kindly wait out of the way until they pass.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated (or titer tested), spayed or neutered and utilizing flea & tick preventative.

Be honest about your pets behavior, health, and anything else that will allow us to make their stay more comfortable and provide the proper care they need.
Grooming

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require a 50% cancellation fee to rebook.

No shows / no call will result in being removed from the client list.

Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes early (unless previously arranged).

Dogs left more than 30 minutes after pick up time (without prior approval) will result in a late pick up fee of $10 per 30 minutes.

If another dog is arriving or departing when you arrive, do not approach with your dog. Kindly wait out of the way until they pass.

Dogs must be leashed and cats in a carrier.

No prong collars or retractable leashes.
