
Grooming & Boarding Policies


Boarding

Zero tolerance for aggression: all dogs must be social, well behaved, non-destructive and housebroken.

Emergency contacts must be provided.

Cancellations made less then 7 days in advance will be charged 50% of total stay.

All drop offs & pick ups have appointment times. Please be courteous and inform us if things have changed so we can make the appropriate adjustments.

If another dog is arriving or departing when you arrive, please do not approach with your dog. Kindly wait out of the way until they pass.

Daycare is required for all new clients prior to booking any overnight or extended stays.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated (or titer tested) and utilizing flea & tick preventative.

Be honest about your pets behavior, health, and anything else that will allow us to make their stay more comfortable and provide the proper care they need.

Grooming

Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes early (unless previously arranged) is a distraction. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled.

Dogs must be leashed and cats in a carrier.

No shows / no call will result in being removed from the client list. New clients will not be able to rebook.

Two last minute cancellations (less than 2 days notice) in a 10 month period will result in losing your pre-scheduled appointments.

Missing two or more appointments will result in a 50% cancellation fee to rebook.

Dogs left more than 30 minutes after pick up time (without prior approval) will result in a late pick up fee .
