Boarding

  • Zero tolerance for aggression:  all dogs must be social, well behaved, non-destructive and housebroken.

  • Emergency contacts must be provided.

  • Cancellations made less then 7 days in advance will be charged 50% of total stay.

  • All drop offs & pick ups have appointment times. Please be courteous and inform us if things have changed so we can make the appropriate adjustments.

  • If another dog is arriving or departing when you arrive, please do not approach with your dog. Kindly wait out of the way until they pass.

  • Daycare is required for all new clients prior to booking any overnight or extended stays.

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated (or titer tested) and utilizing flea & tick preventative.

  • Be honest about your pets behavior, health, and anything else that will allow us to make their stay more comfortable and provide the proper care they need.

  • Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes early (unless previously arranged) is a distraction.  Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • If another dog is arriving or departing when you arrive, please do not approach with your dog. Kindly wait out of the way until they pass. 

  • Dogs must be leashed and cats in a carrier.

  • No shows / no call will result in being removed from the client list. New clients will not be able to rebook.

  • Two last minute cancellations (less than 2 days notice) in a 10 month period will result in losing your pre-scheduled appointments.

  • Missing two or more appointments will result in a 50% cancellation fee to rebook.

  • Dogs left more than 30 minutes after pick up time (without prior approval) will result in a late pick up fee .
